Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Try Butt Builder for up to 90 days from the day your order is delivered. If you're not happy with it for any reason, email us at strongpeachsupplement@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the full product price, even if the tub is empty. You don't need to send anything back.
- One guarantee refund per customer and household.
- The guarantee applies to orders placed at strongpeachsupplement.com.
- The free Glute Plan is a free gift with no cash value, so it isn't refunded separately. You're welcome to keep it.
- Shipping is free, so there are no shipping costs to refund.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us. We'll look into it and either reship your order or refund you in full.
Cancelling an order
Contact us before your order has been dispatched and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Your statutory rights
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. For health and hygiene reasons, this right doesn't apply to food supplements once the seal has been opened. Our 90-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and doesn't affect them.
