Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders. There's no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas.

These are estimates. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak periods or because of customs checks.

Customs, duties and taxes

For UK orders, the price you pay at checkout is the final price. If you're ever asked to pay an import charge on delivery of a UK order, contact us and we'll sort it out. For orders outside the UK, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

The Glute Plan (digital)

The free 12-week Glute Plan is digital. Your access link arrives with your order confirmation email. Nothing extra is shipped for it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, late or damaged orders

See our Refund Policy. If something goes wrong, we'll reship or refund.
